Right of withdrawal

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first being returned will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and find a solution to make it correct.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days if the goods are shipped to the European Union for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
